The Story Behind ProResults AI
I spent years as a Vice President of a labour union — advocating for working people, negotiating on their behalf, and cutting through bureaucracy to get real things done. Then I went back to the casino floor as a poker dealer, where reading people and staying sharp under pressure is the whole job.
What I noticed in both worlds: small business owners are getting left behind by technology. They cannot afford agencies. They do not have time to learn WordPress. They just want their website to work — and to be able to change it when their business changes.
